Everyone experiences struggles in their everyday life. That could be trauma, stress, relationship issues, strong emotions with no sense of how to manage them, along with a wide array of other struggles. No one should have to experience it alone. That is why counseling is a great way to find solutions for yourself with a listening ear to bounce ideas off of.
In a safe space, we will talk through the struggles and find a way for a better tomorrow and every day after that. We will work from a talk therapy perspective while also pushing, ever so slightly, to find the true meanings to the solutions YOU come up with. You and I will work together through a treatment plan that we collaborate on to reach the goals you set.
We as a team will find a way for each day to be better than the last and tackle any problems that arise head on. Don’t struggle alone. Reach out for help today.
I am a Master's Level Counselor who graduated in 2021. I have experience working with adolescents as well as adults in several different areas, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse.
It is challenging for us to take that first step to seeking help, and I will work hard to ensure that this step is met with a welcoming environment. No matter what you are going through, it will be my job to come alongside you and make treatment individualized to your specific needs. I will strive to provide you with a space you can be yourself and open up to become the best version of yourself.
