🌿 Meet Brooke Snyder, Counselor
Life can be overwhelming, and everyone faces challenges — whether it’s trauma, stress, relationship struggles, or strong emotions that feel hard to manage. You don’t have to go through these experiences alone. Counseling provides a safe, supportive space where you can find solutions, gain perspective, and feel truly heard.
In our work together, my goal is to create a safe and collaborative environment where you feel comfortable exploring your struggles and developing strategies that work for you. Through talk therapy and gentle guidance, I’ll support you in uncovering the deeper meaning behind your experiences and empower you to discover solutions that align with your goals.
Together, we’ll build a treatment plan that reflects your needs and aspirations, helping you take steady steps toward growth, healing, and a better tomorrow.
✨ You don’t have to struggle alone — let’s work together to create the change you’ve been hoping for.

In our work together, my goal is to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you can be yourself and take steps toward healing, growth, and becoming the best version of you.

🌿 Meet Evelyn, Master’s Level Mental Health Counselor
There are times in life when we all need direction, acceptance, and relief from the challenges we face — whether it’s trauma, anger, family struggles, or relationship issues. My goal as a counselor is to help you uncover your strengths, build resilience, and develop coping skills that support your everyday life.
I provide a safe and accepting space for children, teens, and adults to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life stressors. In our work together, you’ll learn practical tools and healthier ways of communicating that can open the door to healing and lasting solutions. I am also fluent in Spanish and passionate about serving Spanish-speaking clients who desire counseling in their primary language.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring each session to your specific needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, relationship struggles, or life transitions, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy and support.

🌿 Meet Sara Belk, Counselor
Are you ready to begin a transformative journey toward healing, happiness, and resilience? I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way. I specialize in working with individuals, children, families, and couples, and I am passionate about helping clients process and heal from past traumas. I believe deeply in the power of resilience and in every person’s ability to create a meaningful, fulfilling life.
I tailor therapy to the unique needs of each client, drawing from Feminist Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to explore the ways societal and cognitive factors shape mental health. For children, I integrate Child-Centered Play Therapy to provide a safe, supportive environment for expression and healing.
As your counselor, my goal is to empower you to overcome obstacles, develop new skills, and discover your own inner strength. I am also committed to advocacy — challenging the systems that hold clients back and ensuring that everyone has access to compassionate, effective counseling.
✨ You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. Together, we can build the resilience, clarity, and hope needed for a brighter tomorrow.
