Shervetta Porter - CEO/Counselor

CEO, Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Supervisor, Business Consultant
I’m Shervetta Porter, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Supervisor, and Business Consultant. I believe that everyone deserves a safe place to find support, gain clarity, and begin moving forward again.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who may be struggling with challenges such as relationship issues, codependency, parenting concerns, self-esteem, emotion regulation, weight loss and obesity, or even difficulties related to the legal system. I have extensive experience working with survivors of abuse in its many forms and find deep purpose in helping others rebuild and reclaim their lives, step by step.
My specialties include boundaries, relationship health, self-esteem, and codependency, and I also offer Christian Counseling for those who desire faith-based support in their healing journey.
My role is to walk alongside you as both a counselor and an accountability partner — helping you navigate the challenges that keep you feeling stuck, while encouraging growth, strength, and resilience.
✨You don’t have to go through this alone. Reach out today and take the first step toward healing and wholeness.
Mental Health Counselor
I'm Kelsey, a Master's Level Mental Health Counselor. Taking the first step toward counseling can feel overwhelming, and it’s normal to feel uncertain or even skeptical about the process. My role is to provide a supportive space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered as you navigate life’s changes. You don’t have to walk this journey alone — together, we can work toward the healthier, more fulfilling life you deserve.
I use an integrative, collaborative approach that combines compassion with gentle challenge to help you expand your perspective, build resilience, and develop tools that truly support your growth. My services are best suited for clients ages 17 and older, and I have a special passion for working with older adults, individuals experiencing grief, and those navigating life with physical disabilities.
Whether you are facing grief, transition, or simply feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, my goal is to meet you where you are and walk with you as you take steps forward.
✨ If you’re ready to explore new possibilities and move toward greater wholeness, I would be honored to support you on your journey.

Mental Health Counselor
I am Shennelle Robinson. I am a Master’s level clinical mental health therapist, specializing in evidence-based treatments, with a primary focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My clinical work supports individuals across the lifespan, from adolescents to late adulthood, addressing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns.
My approach is grounded in helping clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical skills to navigate life’s challenges. Through CBT, I assist clients in identifying and restructuring unhelpful thinking patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and stress-related difficulties. Through DBT, I incorporate mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills to support individuals experiencing intense emotions, interpersonal challenges, or difficulty managing distress.
I have experience working with adolescents facing emotional regulation challenges, anxiety, suicidal ideation, as well as adults navigating life transitions, relationship concerns, chronic mental health conditions, and issues related to aging. I tailor interventions to meet each client’s developmental stage, personal goals, and cultural context. In addition to individual therapy, I have experience providing both family and group therapy. I work collaboratively with families to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and support adolescents navigating developmental challenges. In group settings, I facilitate skills-based interventions—particularly DBT-informed groups—that foster peer support, accountability, and the development of effective coping strategies in a structured environment.
My style is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to build resilience, improve coping strategies, and achieve meaningful, lasting change.
"Healing the soul, heals the heart and the mind-what you think influences your feelings and actions".
Mental Health Counselor
I'm Dallas, a Master's Level Mental Health Counselor. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and managing the stress of day-to-day responsibilities isn’t always easy. I work with individuals navigating challenges such as relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety, grief, depression, and trauma. I have a particular passion for supporting men’s mental health, helping men explore how cultural expectations and personal experiences shape their struggles and strengths.
I have experience working with clients on issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, relational concerns, and soul care, and I believe that growth begins with self-discovery and learning effective coping skills.
My counseling style is rooted in a psychodynamic perspective, while also drawing on an eclectic range of approaches to ensure treatment is tailored to each client’s unique needs.
I understand that beginning the journey to improve your mental health can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone. Because struggles often emerge in our relationships, I believe that healing can also be found within them. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your story, strengthen your relationships, and move toward greater healing and growth.
✨ If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Mental Health Counselor
I'm Noah, a Master's Level Mental Health Counselor. From an early age, I have felt called to help others — and through my own experiences with mental health, I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to seek support. That journey is what led me to counseling, where I now have the privilege of walking alongside others through their own challenges.
I work with individuals navigating trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and life’s many transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take steps toward healing and growth.
As a Christian, I also enjoy offering faith-based counseling for clients who wish to integrate their spirituality into the therapeutic process. Whether you come from a background where counseling wasn’t encouraged, or you’ve felt pressure to “handle everything on your own,” I want you to know that reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.
✨No matter where you are on your journey, I’m here to meet you with understanding and walk with you toward hope and healing.
Mental Health Counselor
I believe no one should have to face life’s challenges alone. My heart is to walk alongside individuals, couples, families, and groups who are ready to take the courageous step toward growth, healing, and change.
I work with clients navigating a wide range of challenges — including boundaries, self-esteem, relationships, trauma, addiction, codependency, behavioral concerns, anger management, depression, and anxiety. Whatever you may be facing, my role is to provide support with compassion, empathy, and encouragement.
I draw from a Person-Centered approach and integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Play Therapy techniques to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. My passion is to create a safe and welcoming space where clients of any age, gender, or background feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their experiences and move forward toward their goals.
✨Together, we’ll work to uncover strengths, build resilience, and create meaningful change. When you’re ready, I’ll be here to walk with you on your journey

Counseling Intern
I'm Amanda and I am Counseling Intern from Tennessee Technological University.
Taking the step to begin counseling is a brave and meaningful choice — and I’m honored you’re considering it. My name is Amanda, and I’m passionate about walking alongside people who want tomorrow to feel brighter than today.
I work with individuals from all walks of life and across many seasons of change, including those navigating depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also have a special heart for those who are grieving the loss of a child, as well as experience supporting people facing unique challenges such as homelessness, incarceration, and addiction. My background as a public-school teacher has given me rich experience working with both typical and neurodivergent adolescents, and I continue to enjoy supporting youth and families.
In our work together, my goal is to create a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment where you feel truly seen and heard. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counseling, so I begin from a Person-Centered perspective and integrate tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy to tailor each session to your unique needs.
I believe healing begins when we have the courage to explore the hard parts of our story in a space where we feel safe. As Brené Brown reminds us, “Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it.” My role is to walk with you as you reclaim your strength, discover hope, and move toward stability and growth.
✨When you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to listen and support you on your journey.
